I got to exactly the same place as LoftusR and then could not go any further as it did not allow me. It is the worst f'ing website I have to deal with! |

Thanks Stowmarket ....I tried to follow the instructions on the email but got nowhere -- I even at one point managed to find the right place but then when I clicked on Cup tie scheme it says I was not registered! That was the point - I wanted to register. Anyone got any idea of how to navigate to the right place? I know I am an old fart but nevertheless I do use my computer about 8 hours per day! |
| Forum Thread | Uncle Adomah's record at 11:14 9 May 2021
What a fab end to the season. I loved the way Adomah trapped the ball, waited a second, and then just tapped it in so coolly. Surely his rate of assists and goals per minute on the pitch must be the highest in the league. Would be good if we could start with him more often. His crossing is just deadly. |

yes, what is interesting is the skill in the weight of all those passes which were all inch perfect. Look at the way Willock checks himself, and then passes with the outside of his foot. It does show the skill of these people. And the chemistry between Dykes and Austin is will brotherly love. |

Excellent game by Kakay today, not just his goal but defended well and did not lose the ball many times at all. This will boost his confidence. Suspect Kane will be on his bike. |

All described at length in my book Cathedrals of Steam, the history of the London stations, available from Atlantic Books and which NorthernRs got for xmas this year. It operated right until the Second World War when a bomb blew up much of the station. |
| Forum Reply | Central London - just back at 16:25 27 Jan 2021
This has implications that we can barely contemplate. Clive is right that central London will never be the same again. God knows what will happen to all that office space, much of which is wholly unsuitable to conversion to residential at a reasonable cost.No one I speak to is going to go back to the office five days per week. I write about the railways for a living and the impact on that industry will be particular severe. Any notion that it will all go back to normal is wrong. I do find it mostly utterly depressing. Towns and cities are the cradle of civilisation and intermingling with each other is a basic human activity, fundamental to our wellbeing. |
