Totally agree EvertonSaint and that 5 point plan. The interesting topic of the away fans being hehind our goal has Iritated the hell out of me since stadium opened and must be a massive advantage to the away team. Stick them where they can least effect the game. It's not just on the pitch the team accumulate the points, the stadium can help with this, as it stands the stadium is to nice for the away support.
Let the planning for next season commence. The club need to be on it right now, there are big teams in the Championship already and we will be taking two teams down with us all fighting for just 2 automatic promotion slots and lottery promotion slot in the playoffs. |

As far as I am concerned you pay for your ticket your entitled to leave whenever you want. So like the Spurs 3 v 3 result and a pathetic loss against Brentford followed. A similar scenario a 3 v 3 draw against Arsenal then another pathetic loss against Bournemouth. Pathetic season all round.
We are relegated and as far as I am concerned I want it confirmed at the earliest opportunity which could be a game or two away now, so we can start focusing on next season. I also want any player that will not be playing apart of next season removed from the squad and bring in youngsters and 2nd team players give them a taste see what they can do and show the shambles of a team what fire in their belly's they have. Gutted so many warning signs and previous history has not been learned from. |

Totally agree with all Posts, the common theme of inconsistent performances, surprise team selections and the general miss management of the club this season.
The only comments I would add are that we have been poor now ever since that moment we topped the premier league back in November 2020 following that there was a horrific run of results, (Blamed on the stack of injuries) we survived because of that good start to that season. The following seasons we have come close to the drop. Last season the 2 surprise back to back wins away to Spurs & West Ham probably saved us from the drop which we probably deserved. There have been to many opportunities to intervene and ignored like there will be always one more chance or the genuine belief from the club we couldn't get relegated. Last chance saloon gone I'm afraid and real concerns the club will not adopt winning strategy in the Championship next season. |

Totally agree with Nick probably your best piece this season. Its very reason why I gave up my season ticket when we got promoted back to the Premier League. Also agree with the other Posts its hard enough trying to succeed/stay up in the Premier league at the best of times, but when our own club has pretty much pressed the self destruct button on themselves the outcome was always going to end up with the mess we are in now. Whatever they have tried to achieve with this crazy business model, it needs to be abolished keep it simple 4-4-2 not only on the pitch with experienced leaders mixed with talented youth but also the same approach in the board room 4-4-2 in there as well please with a proper football captain at the helm. |
