Macc v Sheff Weds 03:19 - Jan 6 with 1962 viewsColDale

Looks like there's bad blood between the clubs already. Can understand Macc's opinions on this but don't see how the prices can change without Macc looking the bad guys.

I think the pricing is good and if that got 25,000 the overall revenue split between the clubs would probably outweigh circa 10,000 at usual prices.. só Macc may end up with more much needed cash..

BUT.. to implement this without prior agreement / discussion with Macc is out of order.. and disrespectful in the extreme.. (wonder how Sheff W wouldreact if say likes of Man U had done same to them..!?).

Right idea on pricing but crass way of going about it.

"Paul Holmes - 8 hours ago −
This is just lazy journalism.
The match day programme(published by MTFC) from saturdays game (page 37) clearly shows the replay prices at £10 and £5 so the silkmen knew about it before the programme was printed !!"

Ruins Macc's claim if true.

Poll: Would you have Keith Hill back?

Sheff Weds have played in front of 25,000 fans twice this season

Birmingham (away)
Derby (away)

The chances of an FA Cup replay versus Macc bringing their biggest home gate are slin to nobe for me.

Poll: DF in or out

They'll struggle to get 10,000, tbf.

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

I think if the Wendies are charging the normal advertised price there is no discussion required?

I dont think we consulted Leeds on keeping our prices as normal match day price?

I thought only if a reduction was wanted then a consultation was required.

I am not sure Wednesday have done to much wrong.
