According to several people on twitter, sandy lane tickets are showing as sold out / unable to add to basket online, then someone said when they've gone to the ground they were able to buy one. Some things certainly need improvement, especially ahead of what will be the highest attended home fixture all season, It should be easier than this for supporters to attain a ticket. I've given up using the online site , it's just not suitable . I can't order an over 65's ticket and a junior ticket together on it , plus it is not recognizing Your cards for this match. The phone line was just ringing out on Monday , but by emailing the ticket office direct they called me back within an hour and I was able to buy the tickets I needed and print them off at home |  | | |

Regardless how long anyone's waited to buy a ticket and their reasoning behind it of which there can be a multitude of reasons, the option to buy should still be very much just that, it's amateur and poor customer service yet again. | | | |
