A great opportunity for someone and fresh input at Dale, but the salary of around £30k looks at the bottom end of 'low side' to me, in comparison with the responsibilities. (I'm thinking of roles within the major organisation in which i worked which were at that level with less responsibility)
Obviously, we're in a period of reviewing all expenditure. Anyone know what comparable salaries are at clubs at our level? Also, would that be the starting salary with annual increments? If not, it'd be granting experience to someone whose eyes will always be looking elsewhere to increase their income
