NL next season 18:25 - Apr 6 with 15856 views

Sorry if this is a bit premature but who would people like to see in the NL with Dale next season?
Personally I’d be more than happy to see either Barnet or Bromley promoted alongside Chesterfield and Oxford City, Dorking, Borehamwood and Wealdstone all relegated.
There’s the opportunity to put the boot into two of those in the next seven days.
This is purely and simply to get rid of some of those southern trips and clubs with negligible away support and keep the games with the likes of Halifax, Oldham, Altrincham and Gateshead.

So we're getting Sutton and Forest Green.

Hopefully Worthing (seaside) and Brackley (any excuse for a long weekend in Oxford) to come up.

Nothing against Alty or the Shaymen, but I'd rather keep the derbies. Of Gateshead, Solihull, Barnet and Bromley, the last named are the least interesting, so they can get promoted...

Talking about playoffs, and Bury FC are in the ones of the North West Counties League after losing out to Wythenshawe for the title and automatic promotion.
No dates on the league website yet.
And yes, perhaps I am obsessed.

Halifax Rugby are buying it, or so a 'fax rugby fan told me last week. Big plans afoot if the deal can be sorted.
