Gaffer just said that Lyndon was back training yesterday, though he has lost a few kilos and is only doing light training right now plus getting the right nutrition into him so he can build back up. Good to see he is recovering well.

Back AT training, not actually training as such, so don't expect too much, too soon.

NC said he had to put on the weight he has lost as a priority before gradually increasing his loading, doesn't sound like a return to the team is that near to me, sadly.
