There should now be a filter in place to cut out "fat fingers".
So if you report an abusive post it should ask you "are you sure".
you then have to click yes to report this.
Takes some doing now to do that accidentally,but it still happens. |  |

Also with my fat fingers...I can up arrow a post then down arrow it but not the other way round!!!
I've accidently hit the down arrow very easily on a mobile instead of an Up arrow.
It's left me cold, anxious and in fear of my safety. |  | | |

It's easy to hit the wrong icon as they are so close together, especially on a phone. If you really want to undo the down areawing, just clear your cache and browsing history and it lets you up arrow, do that twice and the up arrows are back in credit. | | | |
