Totally torn on this one. Watching the highlights from last season and this guy stands out as one of our most important players (next to Siggy). Having said that, I also watched every minute of last season and he frustrated the hell out of me for all the moments not on the highlights reel...
He scores goals, but isn't a striker.
He wants to play out wide but ends up tripping up over Siggy
His tracking back is from the same school as the departed Captain Pointer
His instinct around the box is to take on players and shoot - rarely looks for a pass within the last 20 meters
Would bite WH's hand off for anything over £20M (I thought he had a release clause for £15?) if I knew we would replace him with quality that fits into our play. This is where I'm torn. No confidence that we will do that.

I agree. If we get a good striker in Ayew drops to the bench in any reasonable lineup. He is absolutely a winger we don't need. Currently though he's also a striker we do need.
