Paulo Sousa is ready for a tough test at Reading despite their poor home record
Swansea City go back to the scene of their worst defeat of last season on Boxing Day hoping to heap more misery on Reading and end what has been a dismal 2009 for them.
The Royals have won just once in eleven home games this season after falling dramatically away from the promotion race at the end of last season and victory for the Swans would keep their play off dream going very strong.
But Sousa is taking nothing for granted and told the Western Mail “It is another difficult match
“But we must look to put them under pressure from the start with our quality. We are improving and we are getting better at adapting the different demands the different opponents give us.
“But we must be focused because Reading have started to change things around and they have had a good result which will give them confidence.
“But they have not got a good home record and, as much as fans can help you at home, they can also put you under pressure when things are not going so well, this is what we want and use their situation to our advantage.”
