Played against Ipswich and looked good in a game that we actually won and since then has played about 4 minutes. WTF is going on

Similarly Bella-Kotchap, just over a year ago was in the German squad and now we're playing midfielders and full backs at CB because ABK isn't naturally left sided. Surely a right sided German international is able to be trusted at the left side CB. It's not like being a left back or left wing where it's important to have a strong left foot. KWP seems to do okay at LB with a weaker left foot.

Team selections are perplexing me at present.

There is a theory doing the rounds that Bella Kotchap has made 24 Premier League appearances and that if he makes 25 it triggers a payment to his former club.

I'm not sure about that, if that was the case and we wanted to save money, then we would have loaned him out .

So I think it is a lot more simple, neither Martin or Juric really rate him or perhaps like his attitude

With Groenbaek what we needed was another big strong midfielder, not another lightweight one, Juric has already said he doesn't play Lallana because he has Mateus Fernandes, I suspect its a similar reason for Groenbaek not playing again.

Against Ipswich he was ok, he didn't really stand out for either good or bad reasons, that is probably a positive thing, he did a job, but Juric wants more than that

What is the point of putting Bella Kotchap on the bench if he is not going to play him?
Why did we get we even get Groenbaek if the Manager doesn't play him?
Let this season end..........

As Grumps has said, why on earth did we get Groenbaek in then?
Baffling to say the least but the way this season has gone, nothing is surprising now

Is it really baffling , nearly every thing Dragon and his merry men do is bonkers and gives the impression they have no idea what so ever.

No surprise we sign a player that doesn’t improve the team .

Okay you might say Gronbaek is lightweight but then we play a midfield duo of Smallbone and Aribo and wonder why we get pumped

Gronbaek is well capable of putting his foot in as is Fernandez but what both give is pace and creativity which is in short supply

And okay maybe neither Martin or Juric fancy Kotchap but instead pick Bree, Stephens, Manning and Aribo at CB. Surely based on the fact that our defence is an utter schit show it's worth seeing what Kotchap can do

It’s the Sports Republic way, do the exact opposite of anything sensible.

This fella is brought in, but doesn’t play regularly, and we pay him £ thousands a week to train and keep fit.

Ross Stewart is brought in even though he is injured, also doesn’t play ( apart for the odd appearance for the under 21’s ) and we pay him £thousands a week to train and try and get fit.

Whilst at the same time we supposedly can’t afford to pay staff minimum wage to open the club shop every day of the working week.

With these types of decisions it’s hardly surprising we’ve been relegated from the Premier League twice in three years is it ?

Poll: Will we win another League game before this season ends ?

Unfortunately the management, whoever it is actually makes the critical decisions, is fairly useless at doing them effectively or the order of ranking is wrong (this might change with a new 'sporting director' but I'll believe it when they start producing results). Joe Tessem was comparing us to Bournemouth and Brighton and, from his perspective, the lines of decision making were too complicated and thus, inept.

Think of all the players that could/should have done well fairly recently if given sensible development and play time: Danso. Meghoma, Tella, Alcarez and, presently, I suspect Amo-Ameyaw, ABK, Gronbaek, Edwards and even Archer. I'm only surprised they haven't dropped Wellington yet. Juric did drop Ugochukwu whatever excuses he gave. Sulemana is the exception but maybe it's only a matter of time.

Juric messes around with the positions continuously after having enough time to bed in and suicidally takes off our better players during the matches.

They even appear to be mismanaging Tyler Dibbling. To build a decent team we have develop the talent effectively but we just haven't been doing it.

The emphasis to sell-off anybody that can kick or pass a ball 5 yards, or shoot on goal, in the right direction has to be a major factor in our all-round failings. Crappy days!
