As long as there is a queue for greasy spoon breakfasts at the Dell Pub during the week It would not bother the doughnuts who own and manage the club if St Mary’s were to be totally empty on match days.
In fact they would probably prefer it that way as (much like the days on which the club shop is closed) there would be no need to employ anyone to run and secure the stadium.
In fact why don’t they go the whole hog, disband the football club and turn the whole site into a theme park ? Although in truth they would probably f ck that up as well. | |
