So much for this site being tolerant. Third person posting, so what, are admin saying posters are not bright enough to understand? The guy posts nonsense, well so do many others, me included, so wind your neck in and let him get on with it. |

Used to be the Scrattin Shed, remember in the 70's with few fans in it huddling together like penguins in a creche. Wind howling in from the Irish Sea, there's a lot to be said for standing, seats are spaced out and sitting is colder. Remember the first seats, open floor underneath pre Bradford fire, wind came at you from all directions. |

Yeh, bound to be given to the manager, just like the Phillips money, Adam money, Ormerod money, cos that's the way the chairman works |

How about Kennedy's "Ich bin ein Tangerine" ? |

Hi 20's. Sorry, not making myself clear. How can BSA claim, on the media, to be the official voice of Blackpool fans with such small support? My other point was that things have changed since the meeting to which you referred. Fiona's statement is excellent, surely you don't disagree with her? |

Just seen elsewhere that the acting chair has resigned, citing, if I may paraphrase. the abuse she got. However, she condemns KO in the strongest possible terms, if one committee member feels this way, are TT and 20's so sure the rest of their membership don't feel the same way, and action is needed. "For evil to win, it only needs good men to do nothing The reason this is important to those of us who are not members is that BSA claim to be the only official supporters group in the media, and they sure don't represent the majority of fans. I understand that their current membership is much lower than the unofficial voice, BST. [Post edited 7 Jan 2015 11:22]

Founts, would normally agree, but remember how long it took to get Ince, and think how much water has gone under the bridge since. Managers have to think of their own reputations, Clark was desperate cos he'd just been binned from a better team than us. There will come a point with KO's behavour where no one will want to work for him in any capacity. |

It does get to the point where you wonder what disaster will be reported tomorrow |

Who on earth would want this job at the moment? |

Actually starting to feel a little sorry for BRB. He has backed himself into such a corner, it is difficult to see a way out for him. To refuse to currently comment on the chairman's behaviour when it is all over the national press, international press, a disciplinary case with the FL/FA, does make one wonder. He would have gained far more respect if he had commented on such momentous matters early, even if he supported the O's Do let us know when you do feel it to be appropriate, cos love you or hate you, your opinion is still much valued and read. |
| Forum Reply | Is Clark long or short term? at 20:02 1 Jan 2015
Do you know, when Ollie was here and we were in the Prem, I thought he would do a Wenger and be here for years, whether or not we stayed up. Exciting football, crowd revenue the best since the early 70's in real terms, developing young players to sell on, a charismatic manager doing it his way. And he was dumped on from a great height, so what chance has Clark? |

Tejas, spot on, mate. Young naive football posts daft picture, effective sack Chairman textx grossly offensive insults, carries on as normal. What a lesson for our kids, if you are important enough, you can do what you like. |

Read this all and was going to say about the Germans but was beaten to it. At the top level Sky money plays for the players, not crowd revenues. Know what, if KOKO left, Belekon took over, and put out an immediate appeal for help from true fans to sort all the cladding, pink seat, painting and suchlike, reckon we could have it done in two weeks. And a new playing surface over the summer, having ditched the dumb rugby and concerts. Let the fans have proper voting shares at a nominal tenner each, with long term guaranteed benefits, and BFC would truly once again become the pride of the Fylde. Nurse, where's me pills ? |

TT and Lala, you have far more patience than most. He hasn't backed: Grayson (relied on loans and frees) Parkes (relied on loans and frees) Holloway (Belokon cash, loans and frees) Apples ( didn't get anything) Ince ( loans and peanuts) Ferguson ( loans) Riga (frees and loans) Why on earth do you think he will now change, sorry, I cannot see it!! |
