There is a Wetherspoons pub right opposite Shepherd’s Bush central line station called the central bar,but it isn’t the best food in the world.But it is cheap and you can order from your table.It does get a bit busy on Fridays though,so you might need to get in early. |

Now I’ve seen the other angles on their goal,I can see that the first push on Cook should’ve been given as a foul as he couldn’t get back up again in time to challenge the scorer,who could easily out jump him as the ball came in. |

We parked up in Longford and it was a 10 minute stroll to the ground via Dhillons brewery for a beer and some great food.Virtually straight back out on to the motorway again rather than stuck in all that traffic we walked past waiting to get out on the main road. |

After seeing it on Sky news a few minutes ago,I don’t think it was a foul on Cook.It looked to me to be a player more determined to win the header than the defenders.
We would be raving over it if it had been Jimmy Dunne winning a header like that. |

I think they used to play their home games at Hampden Park until it got redeveloped.A couple of hundred fans in a ground that held thousands. |

I just looked at booking train tickets from the arena station to Coventry on Tuesday night and there are 3 trains after the game.Times are 21.50,22.50 and 23.40 and it takes 8 mins. |

Last year they sent us the wrong way round from the away end,but my car was parked up by the motorway so I had to walk through all the home supporters too,but it was generally good natured.I’m not sure about getting back to the city centre after the game though. |

I was thinking the same.They stayed in the cup last year because var chalked off a Coventry goal for offside and get through this year because there’s no var. |
