I agree with what you say. The league is very average. I just think to myself the amount of chances we have had to win games and Cooper / the team cannot be bothered to go get the win. We could have easily been 2nd this season, if someone had put a fire up the arses of the squad. |

Serious question this. How are we third in the league? I watch a lot of football. Been a Swans season ticket holder since I was 8 (90s) and yet this has to be the most garbage side I've seen. We are AWFUL. It is paint dry stuff. We can't create anything and can't do anything without cheating a penalty or Ayew pulling a miracle shot. (Yet we have "fans" saying he is useless). We have we resorted to sitting with a park the bus approach with the odd long ball?! This team can't even string a few passes together. I don't care where we are but Cooper has to go! |

Agreed. Has to go. Seems clueless to me. No idea what the replacement would be :| |

Oh and one more than that pissed me off before the start of the game. The commentator said and I quote "Van Der Hoorn is the best defender in the championship right now". Jesus Wept! The league standard must be awful if he is! |

I'm probably going to get hung for this and I rarely say this but... Cooper has to go. His tactics, team selection and subs are always extremely poor. Our home form is pathetic, some of the worst home matches I've seen since we were in the Vetch. If it weren't for our away form (which is unraveling today), we would be close to bottom 3. I really seeing our club sinking to the bottom half this season and in my opinion that's worthy of a sacking. |

To be fair, I've heard "smart" people say things just like this. So not really sure I get your point. As I said. A fine won't fix the problem of human nature / idiocy. Perhaps Danny was asking for the teams to start to be banned from competitions until its fixed? Not sure if that's the best approach though! |

I have to admit the quote about spending more money on a night out did grind on me a little. I don't condone racism but his attitude says it all, "cant wait to see the back of it". I am sure there are thousands of other people who will happily take your place Danny. I've seen abuse go all ways in work. Aimed at Nationality/Age/Background/Accent/Height/Weight/etc, not just skin colour. But ofcourse, we sit up and listen because Danny Rose spends more on a night out, than a FA gets fined! Your talking about £50K Danny!!! It takes people on average wages years to earn that and they get abused in work too! Fining an FA will not fix a problem that is rotten to the core of the human people. |

Never understood why sports people have regular surgery for little things that any regular person would heal up within 3/4 weeks anyway. Not like it will heal any quicker and surgery tends to cause more prolonged damage in most circumstances. But. I am no expert, just repeating what i have been told regarding my injuries. It seems just because your a big bucks guy you must pay for surgery. It also gets you out of playing for a few weeks extra. |

The woman/girl with pink hair shouting before, during and after half time (on the South) was possibly the most annoying thing to happen during my matchday apart from seeing Tom Carroll on the pitch. |

A lot of managers in our league (and premier league) have been reported to say that the wages players are asking for are ridiculous. Wonder if they have had this shock too, coming from Swedish football. |

Not defending our board because I think we haven't done enough too but i think there's a lot more to it than a lot on here are making it. It is not as black and white as you might think. People forget that Stoke for example are bank rolled by Bet 365, which is a money making machine. Some other clubs will put themselves in huge debt to get back up. Also parachute payments are given out a year AFTER relegation IIRC so (May/Jun '19), so we don't have them right now. So, if we are to live completely in the black, we currently have no money after directors payouts, loan payouts, player bonuses (makes me sick) and a massive wage bill of 90k-100k per week for most of the players we sold (best case scenario its approx 40mil a year for 17 players averaging 45k p/w!). AFAIK the parachute payments would never have kept us afloat with the 17 players sold. At the end of the day, most the 17 players sold got us relegated or were not part of the team. To me, I don't want them here. I would've been happier if 1 of Amat, Feddy or Mawson stayed though. [Post edited 10 Aug 2018 10:06]

I managed to watch some the game last night. I was consistently getting deja vu. Reading all over Derby, couldn't score & very little end product. All of a sudden, second half, Derby wake up and go on to win. |

Your not the only one but dont agree with the comparison with the Welsh League. I still sense OGS with Cardiff. A few people in work agree with me. |
