Just wrote a big long post regarding the game and both team’s performance then got bored listening to myself so basically
We were fking awesome , could have scored more
Derby were fking sh!te and if they scored would have been a consolation at best
Some fantastic play all round and had we not spent the best part of the last 3 years sh!tying ourselfs about relegation probably would have won 6 or 7 nil

Still really pssed off this morning , more to do with the fact we don’t look sharp enough to make a play off push even though we’re far from out of it but look at Coventry , thought they were no better than us and look at them now sitting in 8th place and only 1 point off the play off places ( could and should be us !) anyway …. What they were good at and what we don’t do enough is the little basic things that give you that advantage. How many times did they knock us over off the ball and get away with it including the decisive goal ! Lost count of the times we had the ball and one of ours was on the deck being taken out the game with not even a murmur from the ref ?
Also , every time we were battling for the ball back , as soon as any sort of contact and they were throwing themselfs on the floor getting a free kick . Surely when we see other teams start these shenanigans and the ref not wanting to know then we should fight fire with fire ?
Thought they were dirty crafty bstards all night but still only 3 points above us and they won’t get away playing like that for long |

Annoyingly they were there for the taking and as said if our corners where as dangerous looking as theirs , we might score a few more .
Some really basic mistakes we make when the easy option is on causes us to concede possession too often giving momentum to the opposition

No way was he giving that pen regardless of how or who was fouled ! Like a few others , didn’t even see colebacks shot as I was focused on the ref and looking for the penalty |

Please tell me I’m not the only one but as clear an advert for sub standard useless championship “ nobody gives a fcuk” officiating as you can get !
2 maybe 3 blatant yellow card fouls on Alfie today and not even a free kick ? Astonishing!! Guessed half the game and 4 minutes added time of which he played about 3 and a half
Absalute vankr, reminded me of the Southampton away game last season
Disclaimer , not the reason we lost but didn’t help the cause much either !
Funnily enough , the wall fans thought he was fking useless aswell |

I too was sitting in South Africa road , in line with Trevor for that goal … or at least I thought ii was ? Hearing how many others were aswell is making me want to look up my ticket incase I imagined it .
To this day I will argue with anyone that that was one of the greatest goals ever scored ! |

I have and it’s one of the best things I have done . Pool table dart board etc , even the missus loves it and a cheap night out for me .
In regards to the beer taps , I went with the perfect draught machine as it’s all in one plug and play with good selection of beers delivered to the door as and when you need them .
A lot of people do have the keg systems but it all depends on space and how much beer you drink as apparently beer has a use by date .
There are loads of groups on Facebook for pub sheds and home bars that will get ve you ideas .
There’s a site called keg man that will give you pump set up ideas and prices if you go down that route |

Still p!ssed off with the result and how the game went but other than not making subs at half time , can’t see a lot wrong with the team selection from the start .
Maybe going 4-2 down early in the second half forced marti to sack it off a bit , who knows ?
Would have had coleback on from the start myself and although not like for like position we had to start madsen as he should be our ball winning , ball playing marquee signing so need to give him a game ,unfortunately the bloke is a fcuking 2 bob waste of boot polish and I genuinely think we would be better playing with 10 men
Bit of a perfect storm of recent cup history and poor defending being punished so clinically along with 4500 of us not being able to see a fking thing and freezing cold has us all a bit narky |

Think it was the locker room I went in last year , loads of pool tables and tvs etc , think you get discount on beers with a match ticket aswell |

It looked more of a friendly gesture of kicking him as he was nowhere near him from what I see . No problem with the ball boy as he threw the ball towards the goal where it had to be anyway .

Having missed the first half (thankfully) I can only express my opinions based on the 2nd half performance when Swansea had effectively won the game and looked happy to just play the ball about with us happy to sit back and let them .
I would like to think marti told them at half time that the games gone and just keep it tight and don’t concede any more as we have another big game on Saturday cos if that was our effort to get back in the game … Jesus Christ!
What’s more concerning for me is if we were as bad as everyone is telling me and the stats confirm, then why didn’t mc change something mid first half if it is so obvious to everyone else ?
All seems a bit bonus game mode , god help us against a Norwich team baying for blood on Saturday |

Decent draw tbh , prem team , half a chance , no shame in losing, easy to get to and decent few pubs in the area ?
Unfortunately it’s the fa cup and we have more pressing matters to contend with so won’t take it too seriously ourselfs
Really wanted spurs away as the wife supports them and wants to go to the new ground and this would have been easier and cheaper to get a ticket .
Maybe we will draw them in round 4 |
