Don't forget it was only the 2nd half which was memorable the first half was poor. Thought the team battled well and showed good spirit but as mentioned previously hardly any of them will be here next season. Be interesting to see how we do next week against Shipwreck of a club Rovers |

Oh no I agree with Bazbob. When you look at our defence - full backs and keeper on loan and 2 elderly free signings as centre backs they coped well. Although Kennedy got caught out a couple of times I thought he was good on the ball and passed it ok. Eagle's first touch was terrible. Think Clark has set us up as hard to beat given our limited resources (Koko's policy) thought we looked a little better yesterday overall. |

I'm reading a book on WW1 at moment which has references on the Christmas truce. What I didn't realise was how many German soldiers were actually immigrants who had left England at the outbreak of war. There is one comment from a Tommy who said it was strange talking to a German soldier who had Cockney accent. Another Tommy relates how the Germans showed them their trench and he made a mental note of gun emplacements and sniper positions and thought 'I'll have them when the truce is over. |
| Forum Reply | Tom Kennedy signs on loan (who?) at 20:36 22 Nov 2014
I work with a Rochdale fan who told me he was going to sign for us. He says that he is steady and reliable but that their present left back is highly rated and keeps him out of the side. This is the future while we continue our downward spiral, signing league 1 players who are not good enough for their first team, Saying that I thought apart from that backpass he had a good game. |

Felt sorry for Ranger he had a thankless task as a lone front man. Thought we were set up in a 'thou shalt not lose' formation. Thing is we need 3 points from a few games now, feel we are doomed anyway |

Dunne looked good when he warmed down at the side of the pitch after coming off. Actually I felt sorry for him he gets his chance and got no help from anybody. League 1 arriving at breakneck speed. Well done Karl |

Noticed on Twitter a Reading fan said that Blackpool were terrible and would struggle in the North Berkshire League. |

My thoughts exactly like yours 20s. One thing in Riga's favour is that it would cost money to sack him. As Oyston does not like spending money and if the team can build on that performance surely Oyston will see the light. Also you would think, even though he is thick skinned, that all the hostility aimed at him must get him down. To replace Riga would be madness. |
| Forum Reply | Who keeps their old Blackpool shirts? at 14:28 25 Aug 2014
I have a framed autographed shirt from our Premier League days. Brings a tear to my eye seeing the players we had then and what we have got now. Have to say the Lotto shirts were my favourite |
| Forum Reply | Who's the PA Man this year? at 10:18 16 Aug 2014
Good weve got a PA man. Now we only need a fitness coach, Assistant Manager, winger, midfielder, CEO, Analyst, Asst Physio. Only hope Bloomfield Bear takes his boots today he could be playing upfront. |
