Can someone please remind me of the name of the pub ( since closed ) near the Mellor St lights that was trashed by the Northampton fans before the game ?
Any other memories welcome.
Also the Burnley 9 -man victory although my memories of that are still pretty vivvid ! |

Yeah there was always an element that carried that over from his time at Bury. I remember a game at Wigan where a group had been barracking him throughout and he gave them a masturbatory gesture at the final whistle.. |

Hi folks . From Friday (11th October) onwards I have a radio show "The Nineties Nostalgia Show" from 8 to 10 pm on Bolton FM. Needless to say, there will be some Dale-related content starting with the Whitley Bay game. If anyone's got any interesting memories of that game I will incorporate them.

My feeling is he'll take a few days over it; I noted he wasn't asked about it in the post-Southend interview. Last season's wrote itself as White and Bennett were crocked. Now he'll have to man up. |
