Thread | O/T What car did you learn to drive in....

I was out and about today and saw a Red Ford Sierra and it took me back 24 years to my Dads 'D' reg Red Sierra Ghia that I took around the large Car Park near Bloomfield road..... Then my lessons were in a maroon Fiesta Pop plus  Fast forward a couple of years and I smashed up his Rover 216 Vitesse...  with my ex Girlfriend in the car.... Nowt serious - the car damage that is! Come to think of it, neither was the ex!

How long did it take him to turn things around at Charlton? They were in free fall and he stopped the rot and played some damned good stuff with some average players..... remember the last game of the season?
I like Riga and I hope he can start chalking up some points! Starting Saturday.....

After 16 years in sales I've decided enough is enough.... Sick of earning other people serious money and I'm going it alone! My letter gets sent shortly and I'm off this afternoon to travel to Shrewsbury!
Exciting, but kind of scary at the same time

With weeks of uncertainty, a handful of signed players, manager going, manager staying, no signings, a pre season training disaster and a Mexican Standoff that Clint Eastwood would've been proud of - we now see an influx of players coming in.....
I for one have been critical of the way things have been managed this summer, but was this a case of Riga ensuring he got the best he could, or has it really been THAT bad? let's face it, we invented 'last minute.com'
Saturday will tell I suppose, but I am concerned regards the lack of pre season and time to gel
