Rolling manager contracts 18:04 - Oct 30 with 1998 viewsPRINCE2356

With reading about Mr Eyre's supposed 3 year contract. Here's i suppose not too daft a question, would rolling managerial contracts work at every club especially lower league clubs who can't afford the compensation?
