I understand that Harry R is not ideal - but being a short term commitment and living locally May be good for both parties! while we look for a long term manager solution! Now given the state of our players at present , are as such ..... that they definitely need some kind of positive motivation . I can't say that looking at what other managers are available at present , makes me feel that we need to spend time researching the market .Harry as a stop gap makes sense to me - and lets face it , with his vast experience and contacts - he could surprise us all !

He surprised us last time by getting us relegated with a better team than we have now. It wouldn't be any surprise at all this time.

Apart from a few "Advisory" positions mostly unnofficial, Redknapp's last job was at Birmingham City where he was sacked in September 2017 since them, football has moved on a lot in 7 years.
