Some police arrest here! 12:13 - May 7 with 3166 views | Wingstandwood | Nice to see the guys unafraid to dish out a bit of the "good ole fashioned" law and order stuff! And talk about arriving in force and number?

Reminded me of the scene in Airplane when the hysterical woman was slapped. Good on them I say ,he would be so keen next time .

That’s because they are trying to restrain and cuff him using reasonable force, no doubt they’re all pulling in different directions etc. Doing things with the minimum amount of force is much harder than decking someone. A mate of mine was a cop in the old days, he’s a monster and he’d have just decked this guy with one punch, but these days you just can’t do that.

Well you can but there is a factory full of police officers in Aorifessional standards just waiting to kipper a fellow officer. It’s a goood way of getting promoted .

Yeah, their superman capes were in the launderette. They booked them in online so nobody could see them.

It takes that number to do it safely ,that’s for the Perp and the officers . This isn’t Russia ,where tiger police are basically thugs ,but they are backed by the State, something that is not the case with us . Nice parade of weapons yesterday in Moscow. Lovely parade for Vlad Us in the west. Scum aren’t we .

When faced with anyone wielding a blade ,my advice is to take flight and run away as fast as possible for as long as possible . If you engage ,chances are you will get cut . If the worst happens ,then get in close to the assailant so he won’t be able to take the leverage away . . Best not to freeze through shock. Police run towards danger, the likes of Contro run away ,as they should do.

I watched the ending of the sad incident when a child was killed recently by a machete wielding oxygen thief , the bravery of the police when confronting him has to be applauded , I believe 3 were women officers unarmed without even a taser and yet we have another comment from the the resident forum idiot who thinks he's big and hard enough to bring down someone in similar situation , I recall a post of his awhile back where he admitted cowering behind his settee during a fracas hence my contempt.

All police officers should carry firearms They don’t have to use them, but they should have the ultimate defence Carrying firearms doesn’t alienate the good public. They welcome it mainly . We need villains to know they could die during the commission of their criminal act

I believe the public has got used to police being armed especially in London where they're clearly visible ,whether that's a deterrent I really couldn't say but it could reduce casualties if deployed sensibly.

I’ve been in conversation with my son in law whilst he was on duty at an event Being an interceptor ,he is permanently armed . Sidearm on him,we chatted to plenty of others including children who were not in fear. Only villains need to fear ,and they should .

The average police officer goes through the best training, and their decision making is based on split second situations. All for £18 an hour.
