Week 20 results AFC BOURNEMOUTH 1 LUTON TOWN 1 ABANDONED After 67 minutes, due to Luton captain Tom Lockyer collapsing on the pitch. This game had the weeks most predicted score, with everyone predicting a win for Bournemouth, a massive 15 went for a 2-1. MILLWALL 1 HUDDERSFIELD TOWN 1 Millwall failed to end a run of six winless games as they conceded a 97th minute penalty to draw with Huddersfield. That late goal was good news for the sublime 5 who got this spot-on, and nobody had the outcome. 18 predicted a win for Millwall. CARLISLE UNITED 2 NORTHAMPTON TOWN 2 Carlisle saw a first League One win for almost two months slip through their fingers as Northampton get a 93rd minute equaliser. Nobody had this spot-on, and only unitedwhites got the outcome. FLEETWOOD TOWN 0 PETERBOROUGH UNITED 1 An Archie Collins goal moved Peterborough into the League One automatic-promotion places. A sublime 5 got this spot-on, and a further 19 had the outcome. CRAWLEY TOWN 1 MANSFIELD TOWN 3 Mansfield moved up to fourth in League Two with an impressive win against 10-man Crawley. Nobody had this spot-on, but 14 did get the outcome. NEWPORT COUNTY 1 GRIMSBY TOWN 1 Omar Bogle's eighth goal of the season was not enough to earn Newport victory over Grimsby. A great 8 got this spot-on, and nobody had the outcome. This weeks fixtures are dominated by what happened at Bournemouth, with Luton's Tom Lockyer suffering a cardiac arrest. The latest news from the hospital said he is stable, and undergoing further tests. Tom also collapsed during the play-off final win against Coventry in May. He subsequently had heart surgery and was given the all-clear to return to playing in June. My thoughts are with Tom and his family at this time. In the other five games, two failed to have a 3 pointer, but the other three more than made up for it by producing a decent 18 spot-ons. Though there were only 34 outcomes, with 33 coming from the wins for Peterborough and Mansfield. There is no doubt who this week top performer is, as Tropical_Us had all of the weeks only 3 pointers, to make him the weeks top scorer with a brilliant 9 points. Three members did well to have two 3 pointers, with the best coming from Daniel, who had the Millwall and Newport draws, and two outcomes, to give him an excellent 8 points. Only failing to get the Carlisle draw to give him a full house. Also RSCOSWORTH, who also got the Millwall and Newport draws, and oxfcolu, who got the Peterborough 1-0 and Newport 1-1. They each also had one outcome to give them both a decent 7 points. Best of those to get one 3 pointer were Colukev and bwildered, who both had the Newport 1-1, and Jorash63, who got the Millwall 1-1. They each also had two outcomes, to give them all a solid 5 points. Happy Cup Details of the draw and fixtures for the Quarter-finals are now on the separate Happy Cup thread. U'sual Champions League Just two weeks and only 17 games to go before we know who this seasons qualifiers are. The member currently in that eleventh and final qualifying spot, after his brilliant week, is Tropical_Us with this 86 points. Five members who are within 4 points of that total, have every chance to qualify. In the Premier The top two both only had the Peterborough and Mansfield outcomes, that means concordman maintains a 7 point lead over mfb_cufc. Having the Peterborough 1-0 spot-on moved unitedwhites up a place to third. The only other change had the decent week for RSCOSWORTH moving him up a place, and along with the decent week for oxfcolu, they both improved their chances of avoiding the drop. Another week without a 3 pointer has moved noah4x4 a bit nearer to the bottom three, as Sector4 moved a point nearer to him after getting the Peterborough 1-0 spot-on. In Division One The excellent week for Daniel has moved him back to the top, after basher2010 had kept the seat warm for him in the last eight weeks. But it is only on the first to post rule. The solid weeks for Colukev and Jorash63 moved them both up a place to third and fourth. Even though he got the Newport 1-1 spot-on, burnsieespana dropped a couple of places to fifth. Having the Peterborough and Mansfield outcomes was enough for BFG to move up a place into the final play-off spot. The top scoring performance from Tropical_Us moved him up three places to seventh, and to just a point within the play-offs. The solid week for bwildered was not enough to stop him dropping a place. But having that same Newport 1-1 spot-on, did move Madeira163 a couple of places. Having the Peterborough 1-0 spot-on wasn't enough to get durham_exile off the bottom, but he is only 13 points from the play-offs, in what is the smallest gap there has ever been at the stage of the season, from sixth to bottom. THE TABLES (143 out of 280 played) (Tie-breaker: Most 3 pointers, and then the first to post) Week 21 Fixtures This is now a 7 game week to make up for the Abandoned fixture in Week 20.
