Can anyone please confirm which channel the game is on?
As an expat I use the 'i players' to watch live but they both seem to be saying that they have the game on (based on the comments from each broadcast(s) and websites) so I'm confused.
If it's BBC then great (solid live HD streaming) but itv player is sketchy with streaming and its too important a game to be pissing about with random cut outs and low resolution video.

Am I the only one in the country that has to watch with the sound off when that monotone Danny Murphy chap is adding his two-pennorth. His attempts at humour are excruciating and his constant fall-back position is to use the "quality" word. Aaaargh!!
He also makes me cringe when referring to Guardiola as "Pep" as if he,s going round for tea every Sunday.
I would much prefer to watch the games without any commentary but just the sound of the crowd.
Also nearly fell off the settee when Shearer (paid a fortune by the BBC as an expert pundit) stated that other than Germany he did,nt know any other of Englands opponents in 66. Thats part of the Nations football heritage Alan! He then stated "who cares"? Well I for one as a licence payer. I actually found that shocking.
I also find it bizarre that two of the current pundits I found were guaranteed to raise my blood pressure as players, I now enjoy listening to the most. Martin Keown and Lee Dixon. Although Keown does use the Q word a lot.

So Alan Shearer doesn't know England's opponents from a tournament 52 years ago. So what ? Why should he ? It had no significance to what he did as a player. He wasn't even born in 1966.
Any Dale fans on here under 60 who can recite the opponents Dale faced in getting to the League Cup final, or even the Dale line-ups that played the final legs ? I would say very few, yet it was one of the most significant games in the club's history, and there haven't been that many.
As for Danny Murphy, I enjoy his commentary. He adds his knowledge and insight, which is beneficial to the listening/viewing public. Same for Keown. Maybe Danny Murphy calls Mr. Guardiola by his name 'Pep' when he meets him. Who cares. At least we know who he is talking about.
Whilst I enjoy the incisive analysis that Gary Neville offers, I find him aloof and a solitary figure. It seemed that he joined in the studio celebrations with Dixon and Wright more because he felt that he ought to do, rather than because he wanted to. It was clearly 'awkward' for him. Whether that was because they were 'Arsenal' colleagues and he didn't want to intrude, I don't know, but he made it look like an afterthought to join in because the cameras were rolling. His passion for England isn't in doubt, he just seems 'apart' from the others. Much prefer his brother as a studio guest.
For me, ITV is way behind the other broadcasters. Bloody adverts every 5 minutes, disjointed coverage and over reliance on Glenn Hoddle. Give me BBC every time. |  |

Watch it in a pub downtown with a mixture of Expats and English visitors who'll likely be stag parties...
Watch it on Czech TV - just not the same watching it in another language and from a neutral perspective...
Watch it on ITV and fall back to CZ TV if the stream is shit...

I think Keown and P Neville are terrible. I'll never forget Keown referring to Burnley's manager as "Daish". He was obviously thinking of Liam, ex of Birmingham and Cambridge.
I also find that if it isn't one of the top clubs playing, Keown is floundering, even more so when he has to comment or summarise on a game involving a lower league club. His knowledge outside the likes of Arsenal, United, City, Liverpool, Spurs etc is minimal.
Then again, at least none of them are Lawrenson, so there's some positives there. | |

I've looked at both the BBC and ITV hubs online and they both say that it's on live from 6.30pm,Sky listings has BBC only still and other tv listings has ITV showing it,I guess we won't know until Wednesday  | |
