How do Scottish Play Offs work? 19:25 - May 17 with 2929 viewshopinandwishin

Just reading that Rangers have reached the Semi Final of the Scottish Premiership Play Offs beating Queen of the South but now go on to play Hibs. Does that mean the winner of that game doesn't get to the Prem?
