Thanks Jamie - Feel for you and the other 600 hardy souls who were served up that slop.
Let's hope the Nourry Christmas communication doesn't set off another chain reaction as per the fans forum. We need to get 4 points from the Watford / Luton home games. Norwich will murder us on Sunday.
I know money is tight but the January window is huge and we will need to move a few out to bring in the necessary personnel to keep our heads above water.
Top Drawer that Saffa - A report the "maestro" would be proud of.
Brilliant game with the Loftus Road crowd in full voice capped by a brilliant Jimmy Dunne diving header at the far post in the 89th Minute under the lights in front of a packed Loft - We don't get many....but bloody hell days like that are to be cherished.
Incredible to see us now up to 14th in the league table.
A Varane, Field, Morgan midfield playing like that will give most teams a big test in the Championship.
Big shout out to our Paul Smyth too - He was a menace to PNE all afternoon.
Thanks Clive - Great summary especially for those of us not there but watching on TV.
One thing that stood out was Anderson can now only be used as a second half sub. It really looks like his legs won't allow him to start matches at this level. I saw it close up and live at Leeds and it looked just as bad on TV in this match.
Special shout out to the fans who travelled in great numbers at this time of year with the early kick off.
My only visit to Ashton Gate was a couple of years ago for Barbet's last minute winner. It was a wonderful moment shared with my 14 year old Daughter who ended up three rows forward after the crazy celebrations.
Moments in life and one that will stay with us both forever.
Safe travels to everyone (decent numbers again) heading West - I hope you get to share a similar experience today.
Like you I never saw this performance coming even after Wednesday night.
A week ago I was convinced this was our season to be relegated now I have that horrible "Hope" feeling again.
The best bit about Saturday was it was the first time my sixteen year old Daughter went to an away game on her own without me. She got the tube with a couple of her friends and I picked her up at the tube station afterwards. She was buzzing when she got back in the car. It was a real adventure for them on their own
I don't know why but it was a very proud moment for Dad. Took me back to my first away day on my own in the early eighties.
Brilliant report Clive (as always) absolutely spot on.
Agree we won't get far playing like that and Cardiff were woeful. But you can only beat what's in front of you and the 3 points keeps us in the pack.
I'm expecting a bit of a tonking at Watford Saturday but have high hopes for our next home game against Norwich. We must beat someone at home soon even if it's by accident.
Buzzing for the fans that made that trip on a cold November evening - I salute each and every one of you.
