| Forum Reply | Cabango and Darling crunch time is here at 09:05 23 Dec 2024
Morning all, i was just pointing out he was not involved and did not know he had been injured,, we need him playing as Wales need him Now about our 2 current centre backs, they clearly have not had an offer they cannot refuse or they would have signed so perhaps we are unfortunatly now in a situation do we try to move them on and replace this window or let both go for free in the summer? we should never have got to this situation but here we are, we all know why for me the new owners have a big job on their hands to win supporters back sort what on earth has gone wrong on the field of play and of course sort out a new director of football ( do we need one?) but Everyone can see a marked drop off in the team and last sats game realy brought home where we actually are, no where near a top half side more like abottom quarter side not good enough and the players NEED to look at themselves and the manager coaching staff need to shake things up or this is going to be a bad christmas cvompliments of the season to one and all happy and healthy new year lads and lasses |

this is the worst performance of the season to date, out played ,out fought out thought, top 6? playing like this in front of millions on t v is not doing us any good but does show ower new owners that we need rininforcements in january or we will be with Cardiff in the bottom 3 WOEFULL how any and yes ANY player can hold their head up after that is criminal |
| Forum Reply | Swansea City turn the tables on their bad luck & beat Derby at 08:58 28 Nov 2024
agree 3 swan good report from the site, but a good 3 points this is a trait that has been there the whole season sorry to say a good half a good 60 min then hang on, no consistancy for the full game and beyond, having said that Derby is a very hard place to go and with this being only the second game they have lost at home shows the effort is going in and getting better, but we still do not seem to be able to play for the full game in the way we have in spurts, i wish i knew why, BUT well done lads a fab 3 points and well done ALL the away support great to hear you , |

I agree, frustrated that they scored so late, but to go head to head with the strongest side in the div , and when they can bring on the players they can i just hope that we keep going forwards until january with a new GOOD d o f to bring in a couple of quality guys to take us further up the table Well done today lads unlucky but we have to learn from today |
| Forum Reply | Burnley v Swansea City : Match day thread at 17:42 10 Nov 2024
well thats another top side played away and we should have had a point dissapointing to have the pen awarded but its over we lost and its games like this we must win if we want to challenge the top sides, as dissappointed as we all are with the guys we have got we are doing ok, better today a one off game we should have had a point or even we could have won it the small margins that are making a big differances, as others have said this squad is a mid div squad, and lets be honest we should have had a point today, but we did not , we move on to our next game look to January and see if the "buy outs" and new investers show any more ambition time will tell, safe travel home those who went, well done to players and staff today we must move forwards and upwards |
| Forum Reply | What a tight league at 08:54 7 Nov 2024
thats where shrewd investment, ambition and dare i say it planning is needed we in my opinion seem to be lacking in all 3 |
| Forum Reply | Millwall??? at 08:52 7 Nov 2024
the only thing we must fear is this solid defence being broken up in January, instead of getting the contracts of the 2 solid defenders sorted CRIMINAL, with a couple of quality additions to what we have in jan and who know where we could finish,? unfortunatly this squad is to small and low on quality back up as it is and should we lose either or both centre backs in the upcoming window its yet another rebuild so come on Mr chairman show us the action as we are not even getting words now, or have you been told to keep quiet by the people who own the club? |
| Forum Reply | January Transfer Window at 22:42 5 Nov 2024
Good win tonight well fought for, now with the meanest defence we have had in years should show these people both here and over there in usa that we MUST sign both centre backs like tomorrow bring in 1 or 3 more quality guys and who knows where we could finish, not going to happen as the people holding the puirse strings will not open them up for what is needed as they wont spend the going rate for uk championship players |
| Forum Reply | January Transfer Window at 08:42 4 Nov 2024
thats the Problem the owners wont pay the going rate, as our windows show , Mr Birch left after his trip to usa after a no show from at least one if not both of the owners , some one of his ilk is needed along with some realistic championship players ( who want the going rate like Darling) |

good sum up Keith and must say another good article on the other site, see feelings really starting to rise against these owners who have no REAL intrest in Swansea city f c |

L W and his coaching team have approx 5 days to sort the problems we all can see, but going with the same players doing the same thing is not going to improve the situation in my opinion, blind panic is not the answer either but there are lads in the under 21s who should at least be given a chance as it is what is there to lose? we all can see the limitations in midfield and the final third and we do not have the guys to complete the job so why not make some personnel changes give the lads a chance and just maybe we could get a result or 2, Even if we struggle to get to january not in the bottom 3 can any one see a change in our transfer bis, look at the last few windows, we have a wage cap people who could and will possibly walk away for free because their contracts are not sorted who would want to come here under those curcumstances ? these owners will not pay the champiomship rates for guys that would improve the first team, as the owners will not spend what brum are spending in the 3r div because they dont care . the chairman has said judge me on my action well all we seem to have is words and no action ,the people in D C have ruined our club and i for one with these owners cannot see any improvement in any futre under them rant over |
