I've spoken to 3 saints players who were in the squad and all said the similar things. Hes approach was irractic, he was good with the bigger name players but had no respect for the others. One player had not made the bench for four months since he had become manger. Then just 2 hours before a game he was shocked and not prepared when told he was starting.
