Well if Williams was the problem and as it is often said this squad should be further up the table. Employing a decent coach which Ramsay is should see us finish the season higher than we are now. You can't have it both ways.

Bookies odds mean absolutely nothing at this stage they are just plucked out of the air.

Who do I fancy for the job. It depends how ambitious we are and how much we would spend and promise to a new guy. I would go for someone like John Heitinga if he would come, he turned down west brom. We missed our chance when we didn't go all in for Chris Davies.

If we stop messing about trying to play Key in midfield as well as defence he will then be fine. We need to play a back four with defenders defending. O'brien and Franco in the middle with two wide players and two up front. Play with what we have and stop playing on a whim, we will then be fine. Plus for goodness sake get the players fit.
