Thought Fox did well in his absence. He isn't Cook and Preston were poor, but it will be interesting if Fox retains his place or JCS comes straight back in. |

Also noticed as the goal went in, Field fetches the ball from the net and boots it into SB Stand. It's not the first time he has doen that. |

There has been significantly more end product recently and hrs making more of a difference as a result. He's stopped just falling over and looking for the foul and putting crosses in. |

Varane was MoM for me. Immense in midfield. Was hoping that thunderbastard would go in but alas. |

Maybe counter to most on here, but I am less worried about the churn. The team Marti inherited was, let's me honest, crap. Losing most of that team will not lose me any sleep and i dohbt the team will lose much in Quality.. We needed to completely revamp the squad. I think the majority of the hard work was done this summer, and hopefully we are now beginning to see the benefits of that. By next year Varane, Nardi, Madsen, Morrison and Saito will have probably palyed 30 plus games in the championship. Field, Cook Dunne and Chair (if they stay) are well beyond that. The only inexperienced area will, therefore, be up front. If you loom at that list, half of the players are not first XIers. Most are back up/bench players. |

Looking at our team from just under 12 months ago... 2 players that started that game will play tomorrow. Plus 2 from the bench probably. Chair may be on the bench. But still only 5 out of 16 players and liklihood is that only 2 will start. Boy have we gone through a transition. [Post edited 13 Dec 10:20]

As I said above, he was really good. Usually the co commentators are rubbish, especially on the red button |

5 goals better off in Goal difference so far this week. Although ironically it's goal difference stopping us being 16th! [Post edited 11 Dec 21:45]

Whoever the co commentator is on sky, I like him. Talked sense, hasn't been biased, added value. |

Nice to have some depth in That area. We know Field, Colback and Varane will pick up cards and the 3 game week needs rotation to keep the legs fresh Morgan being able to step in without much drop off is a bonus. [Post edited 8 Dec 18:29]
