Hodge is the one with football experience (ex player and has worked well at Burnley with recruitment).
He should be doing more than just advising the chairman.

"need good football consultants" - added cost? A good business doesn't need consultants - they should have the correct staff in place so consultancy is not needed [for a club the size of Swansea and being in the Championship].

How do you know this?
I like Andy. He is a good man. And I really hope he does get it right.
However time is his biggest opponent and I have no idea if Andy or Ken are aware that time is against the club at the moment.

Because of the lack of experience across the board, they will have no idea on how to handle the current crisis. They won't know if they should sack now or give him another month. There is no one who has the experience or been here before to say - "this is what we need to do to solve the problem".

Rewind back to January 2024 - the majority of fans on this site were delighted with the appointment (including myself) and everyone felt Coleman had delivered.

The turmoil since late December has destroyed the club.

I am dreading the post match interview/press conference.
It will be worse than the performance.

The lack of experience and knowledge has proven to be our downfall.
