So pleased for him. Must be a huge weight off,. let's hope this gets him going. I still think there is a player there. |

I seem to remember a game at home to Leeds when he had loads of one on ones due to his incredible pace, with followed by shots still orbiting the earth. |

I like him and think it's good but thought the same yesterday, some shots should be pushed out wide. It's definitely something to work on, but overall a great signing. It's like the defender who does an amazing last ditch tackle Vs the defender whose positioning was better but gets less credit for it. |

I'm hopeful for him, I think he can make it personally. I hope he does well at Orient, which means he gets a chance with us or we sell him to Portsmouth for £20m. |

Season tickets released now for anyone waiting . Managed to get our ST seats. |

Really? Looks the same to me when I log on...as in still all season tickets help back - mine still says reserved. |
| Forum Reply | Palace game at 11:26 7 Sep 2024
Thanks, got both kids in the network and can normally get tickets that way, but I think becuase they are reserved can only buy them under each account, though never logged in under their 'accounts' as just bought them together, though they each needed an emnail address. Contacting the box office probably the best as you say -thanks. We have 4 and only need 3, and of course it's one of the middle ones who can't go, so porobably need to move one anyway. The good news for anyone wanting tickets is that it looks like season tickets remain locked, so plenty should be free at some point in the next few days. |

For those with kids with saeason tickets, how do buy your kids season tickets? I can see my ticket is still reserved but I can't see anywhere I can buy my son's ticket (he's 10 so doesn't in reality have an account he logs into etc. Is there a simple way I can just buy both? |

He's been good already this season, much changed form last, but today was another level. Bullying defenders Running at defenders Holding up the ball Winning headers Laying the ball off well Clever runs Assist Goal Bloody hell! I am so pleased for him and us! |

Dunne was a major, if not the major part of our revival next year. He's been great at right back, and we already have a backup there in Santos (plus Cannon assuming his situation gets sorted, I'd assume Fox could also play there as he played left back). You'd think he'd be coming in to play, which means no Dunne at right back. Dunne won't shift JCS or Cook at CB (unless they are injured) and he seems better at RB than CB. Unless we've got him for virtually nothing as a backup I don't really get this signing. |

I don't mind the Euro teams being kept apart, in fact I wouldn't mind all Prem teams being seeded so they couldn't play each other. I think most teams then get a good chance of playing a Prem team, which most fans want anyway and good for revenue - that's what the Cups have always been for me, lower league teams getting a chance to beat top League teams. I do completely disagree with Prem teams, Euro or otherwise, getting home draws, I don't understand that at all. The way they did it tonight with 4 at home and 2 away makes even less sense. As for our draw, very pleased. Should be a great game, hopefully they rest a few. We all know Eze will score. |

I think this is good business for all parties. Birmingham have a decent L1 striker for 1M that might help them get back up, we have some money for a striker who didn't score much at all for us and he will get to play more at a decent club. Good luck Lyndon. |
| Forum Thread | Lower Loft - which rows stay dry? at 07:43 24 Aug 2024
Hello I've always sat in the Ellerslie /Stan Bowles or Upper Loft but we've got season tickets Lower Loft this year as the kids wanted to go more (god knows why after the last few years!). Anyway, with the torrential downpours of today, we are in row G. Should we come dressed as the fisherman from Deadliest Catch or will we escape the worst of it? |

I was going to start a similar thread yesterday. So pleased for him, I never understood why he wasn6rated by some. Think he had the most tackles in the Championship or some similar record when with us, but also great at some of those short passing moves. |

What a finish by Lyndon, great layoff to him but still had lots to do. |

Interesting lineup that are not used to playing together. Opposition can't have planned for it much - bit of an unknown for all concerned. Pretty mobile in Dembele and Lloyd and Varane also. Frey has looked decent compared to last year also, I wonder if his physicality might occupy others giving our pact widemen more space. Can't expect too much from first starts like this, but hard to to get excited about the potential. Decent bench also. |
