Earring towards your point of view mate. It’s just recently albeit v Los Angeles FC they’ve conceded 6 but conversely scored six after that.

Full Swansea City restructure
at 15:00 19 Feb 2025

OS

Swansea City AFC is excited to announce a restructuring of its leadership team, aimed at strengthening the club's financial, operational and strategic capabilities.

The restructuring follows the news of Richard Montague joining this week as Director of Football and includes the introduction of a new Chief Operating Officer.

Tom Gorringe has joined Swansea City AFC as Chief Operating Officer. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous role at Bristol Rovers, where he served as Chief Executive Officer.

Tom has a reputation for demonstrating strong financial management at his previous clubs, improving the infrastructure, increasing revenues, driving the matchday experience whilst also ensuring operational efficiency. His extensive background in football will be an asset to the club.

Ken Gude will assume the role of Executive Director and Company Secretary, transitioning from his previous role as Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy. His new position will allow him to further drive the club's strategic initiatives and football operations, while also liaising at the League level and coordinating with key stakeholders.

Gerard Cassidy, who has been with Swansea City for a decade, has been promoted to the role of Financial Controller.

Ben Greenwood, another long-serving Swansea City employee, has been promoted to Head of Football Operations and Administration.

Chairman, Andy Coleman, said: “We are making changes to our leadership team to improve our performances on and off the pitch. There will always be a period of transition after a takeover, and we’ve been busy working to spot the gaps and areas that we need to improve to take this club forward.”

The Club’s updated Executive Management Team will consist of Ken Gude, Tom Gorringe, Andrew Davies, Richard Morris, and Richard Montague.

This restructuring is part of Swansea City AFC's ongoing commitment to building a high-performing organisation that can achieve sustainable success.

I think he is very independent, he has to go with the flow of the game and deliver a product that keeps the listener entertained. As he did when we walloped Cardiff all those times recently. He’s the eyes and ears on the game he can’t be anything but enthusiastic no mater what is happening. I can’t tell you how many years I have known him, I’ve forgotten. I think he comes across as a quality broadcaster. Best we have had in Wales in my lifetime.

A lot of clubs have fallen, and some came back, Sunderland have a huge support but it really didn’t matter in league one. Bar the finances. It’s a tough one.

Swansea City : Go for number one, save time looking for second best
at 19:15 18 Feb 2025

Of course, but he is the best qualified out of the lot of them. Not vouching for him, we just looked at the names being circulated.

Premier League fans are very entitled. Just like our lot used to be.

His main forte’ allegedly was attacking set pieces.

Mind you I’ve seen nothing of any promise in any of these coaches.
