He'd be my choice too, but everyone on here has to get real, he turned down a job at AFC Ajax, so he's not coming to Saints in our current position. |

I'm thinking Corberan over Danny Rohl, he's had more experience in the Championship and done well to get West Brom to the play-offs twice on a tight budget. He's won and drawn 66% of his games. 242 games 82 defeats. Moyes and Potter won't risk it, the only others with PL experience are O'Neil who's shell shocked, and Cooper who doesn't fit SR profile .....but could do a good job. |

Be realistic! If you were Potter would you come here? He can wait for West Ham where he'll get more money to spend on players, or go to another a medium sized club that isn't in immediate danger of relegation. |

And he'll get the parachute payments to spend on new players to mould HIS team. |

Fonte and Lallana have to be ruled out for their lack of managerial experience, Potter and Moyes won't risk their reputations on a club that is destined to go down. Leaving up and coming Championship managers or a punt on a someone from abroad. Danny Rohl knows the club, was involved in Ralph's first year, his most successful, and it was noticeable that we struggled after Rohl left. He's had top level experience as the assistant at Bayen Munich and saved Sheffield Wednesday from relegation last year. This year they're near the play-off places. So taking the Saints job would see him still in the Championship next year but with greater resources and parachute payments to buy his choice of players and properly mould the team in his image. He will also gain valuable PL this season and just maybe....might pull off a miracle. |

Thank God. |

You are soooo defeatist! If Moyes instilled some basics we could have won today. We could have won at Brighton, that would have given us 5 more points and taken us above Ipswich and Wolves, within easy reach of the next 4! It can still be done but SR need to take their finger out of their arse. |

How ironic, quite a few times when Lumley kicked it long we won the second ball, and when we didn't get it, the ball was miles from our goal. Better to lose it upfield than in our own penalty area. He is an utter duck. |

How many mistakes at the back today? I'd say 2 leading to goals, with another 4 risky passes that could have been disastrous. WE MARCH/PASS BACK. |

I was at Marchwood for an open day with my son a couple o years ago, and talking to some of the staff, the word was RH was rude and arrogant and the players didn't like him. Contrast that to the love-ins with RM, hugs, high five's, telling them how much he loves them and everything is rosy. I know which I'd prefer. |

Aren't there enough readers of this site to start a MARTIN OUT chant at the next game? |
