personally i couldnt give a fig if we didnt get promoted as i hate the premiership but for the clubs sake i guess we need to be there otherwise we are going to go down hill very quickly as i cant see the money men staying with us if there is no real future for the club | |

Seem to remember us going 8 games without conceding a league goal fairly recently. Just got a comfortable point at one of our rivals. We had a bad day at the office last Saturday alright, but seem to remember Watford and Leeds smashing us to pieces back to back in our promotion season.

This board does amaze me sometimes. Not just Holloway but the amount of negativity baffles me....if anyone can honestly say they though we'd be doing as well as we are, i'd be surprised. I know we don't look amazing but it's not as if we have had a bad start to the season.
On Wednesdays match thread, someone posted the possession stats and shots on target stats and then said "same old same old"....errr...same old same old isnt a bad thing this season even if it;s boring to watch! | | | |

You lot, apart from Holloway, have your head's in the sand. I don't know why Holloway is getting hammered on this. It was only a question, and a fair one. We have played 2 playoff contenders in a week and we lost to one and if it was not for the post would have lost to the other. It's all well and good taking points off teams in the bottom half of the league but sooner or later you have to play the teams at the top, so far we have not done well at that.
It's not time to panic yet but lose on Saturday and we could find a gap growing between us and the top 2. Win on Saturday and everyone's happy again. |  | | |
