The perpetrator was a local man from Herrfordshire not a Jihadist. Four people injured.

Anthony Gilheaney had form and was jailed for 5 years back in 2018. It seems to be the same person. Clearly the spell inside did not make him wiser.

Not at all, people ARE disappointed that the attack happened at all. We worry when these things happen, that is was jihad related because we worry it may be the start of more attacks but ,are never disappointed when it's not.
