Buying tickets - Again 17:20 - Aug 30 with 989 views

Having encountered severe hassle trying to make a purchase of a ‘Your Card’ and deciding it wasn’t worth it, I’ve now just managed (after about half an hour of trying) to buy tickets for tomorrow.

Same issue as the your card. I can login into my account but when I try to buy tickets it says it’s not possible with this account. I therefore have to waste my time signing up as if I’m a new user to buy them. I’ve also had to change my password even though it’s saved in my passwords list on my phone.

Please, please can somebody at the club finally sort this as it’s really difficult to give you £38 when I have to jump through so many hoops?

Not that you should have too.. but would you be prepared to go and sit with the Ticket office next week and show them the problem.

Any barrier no matter how small has to be addressed and quickly.
