Tec Help - Printing 20:32 - May 28 with 2704 viewsHordleHoop

Looking for some help please.
No longer able to print emails or Word/Excel Documents. By this I mean, it sort of prints but looks like the print head needs cleaning, which I've done.
Thing is I have tried printing on another printer and same thing happens. (Print head look)
I can successfully print PDFs. I've tried printing from iphone and ipad, same problem. If I screenshot on phone and print that, again no problem.
Really at a loss on this and I am a bit old/thick with tec I'm afraid.
Any help gratefully appreciated.

You could print (or save) to pdf then print.

Thanks, Yes that gets round some of the problem but not the email printing that I need unfortunately
