Wales v England : Matchday Thread on 14:39 - Nov 30 by Wingstandwood | Welsh people fundraised in Wales for that particular equipment because Welsh patients were having to travel to England for treatment, and because without England many Welsh inhabitants would be up sh1t creek without a paddle! |
Welsh NHS pay for Welsh patients to be treated in England mind, as it might not be cost effective to have the equipment here.

We ve discussed this before and still the lesson is not learned People in north Wales rely on England for Neurological/ cancer/ Heart treatment . Nothing exists at all in north Wales as regards specialist treatment Hell,Alder Hey in Liverpool sees welsh kids being taken there in big numbers. Just as well no borders . When will people learn L

Wales v England : Matchday Thread on 14:49 - Nov 30 with 722 views | trampie | Not long ago an English trust refused to treat Welsh people unless they got paid more money from the Welsh Government, the Welsh Government agreed to pay the English more money to treat Welsh patients. The English don't do it out of the goodness of their heart they do it for money.

Hardly. You need to read and reflect Rog. Why would I be arsed Why waste my time on here pointing out that truth, which is exactly what yiou know. We we garbage . Frankly,it’s a toss up between rugby and football right now as to who so the most embarrassing . That said, football fans far better . I’m really looking forward to seeing Joe Allen back playing for us …or is he crocked again. At least Ben Cabango wasn’t humiliated on the field of play A country does not defending on a football forum. Btw, nobody today out here in cold foggy West Wirral has mentioned the game, Manybare sick of the hypocrisy and greed. Read C R7 latest and try not to vomit

Wales v England : Matchday Thread on 12:48 - Nov 30 by controversial_jack | I'm fed up of the victim mentality. Another that bugs me is, " Americans don't know where Wales is, so this will put us on the map." Of course they know where Wales is - maybe not the rednecks, but most do. That silly song, is all about the victim mentality too |
Actually many Americans don't? It isn't a dig, just a fact. Many of them can't name the fifty states. Lots of really nice people I met ( from the US knew of Prince Charles and Diana, and of course the Prince & Princess of Wales. However when you explain that we are a seperate country,, they just recognise England as London. Likewise name Burton, Zeta Jones, Tom Jones, and Co, they know them but don't recognise they are from Wales. They are great people, but living in a nation of around 300 million people makes them very insular. Also, try watching any news broadcast or read American papers. If it didn't happen in the States it didn't happen

Wales v England : Matchday Thread on 12:12 - Nov 30 by onehunglow | Mackenzie was 373 AD wasn’t it Are we that backward, that obsessed with the fact England effectively swallowed us whole . Answer is yes ,at least for some It’s 2022 and about time we got off our knees |
The Norman conquered England in double quick time after 1066. The Saxon surrendered and were rapidly digested under Norman / English monarchy. and paying taxes. Once the Norman picked up the local language and became English they took over 400 yrs to "swallow us whole" . They have not fully digested us either as in 2022 Wales played them in a football game in front of a few billion people globally. Wales is still repressed by a love / hate narrative any on here promote such the Ben Davies is trolled on line for speaking Welsh and using the proper name for Wales / Cymru is deeply frowned on. Sadly the Valley boy did not trust his squad and they put up a tepid stale performance that could have been predicted from the sports science data. . Most countries and people have been overtaken and absorbed. Russian has numerous semi antonymous oblasts for example. Wales do not need to be shamed by their past, We were kicking sh#t out of the Norman bully boys while they were slaughtering Muslims in the Lebanon. Give credit where credit is due. Sadly the chav fans still define themselves through prejudiced Saxon eyes an their racial slurs. Some filthy ethnic slurs are "owed" instead of being reported. "we know what we are" is an expression of subservience for uncertain Welsh urban folk of English immigrant heritage. I have detested this hypocrisy. The Anglos cannot stand Drakeford being in Qatar snake charming with his clarinet. (I went to the same school as him) and closing out multi million pound business links with the Qataris. I am no socialist but Go Drakeford. "Dipford" "Dickford" "Dippyford" "Dopeford" etc . never let he Anglo trolls grind you down. [Post edited 30 Nov 2022 16:44]
