 these threads were at the ready from game 1, the fact we are at game 6 says it all.
Fulham are the in the top 2 best in the league without question, Mitrovic is the best striker the division has seen for a long time.
I remember when we played them and I said anything we take will be a bonus.
Cooper won’t be happy, of course.
But remember when Coopers Forest are winning and all the cries to stop talking about him - I said that would be treating him unfairly because the forum will be a buzz every time he loses… I think that proved my point.  |  |

Forest 49% possession ... (8 shots) 1 shot on target.
Fulham 51% possession ... (11 shots) 3 shots on target. |
Interseting stata when comapared with ours at Fulham
We enjoyed 62% of rthe possesion 13% more that Forest did yeaterday yet we only managed 7 shot attempts V their 8 but matched thier shots on target with just 1 yet Fulham admittedly at home with only 38% of possesion managed 10 shots 7 on target
Just goes to show how important possesion is we dominanted possesion at fulham yet they one and in fact Forest with less possesion managed more shots against fulham than we could and despite Fulham having 13% more possesion at Foret than they had when we played at homoe they only managed 11 goal attempts with only 3 on target whilst against us with lesspossesion they achieved 10 shots 7 on target...and we went tot to toe? | |

Cooper is a fantastic coach with a fixed and ambitious approach to the game, He is in the ‘mould’ of Potter without the playing experience. For me, this is where Russ holds the advantage, very similar coaches, but Russ has played at the highest levels. He knows more about being on the pitch and what players can achieve. And no, I’m not undermining those coaches who haven’t played at high levels.
Both Cooper and Russ will have very long and bright futures in the game, they are similar in ethic but different in application. Russ is more ruthless when he needs to be. | |

For me, Russell Martin will have to achieve something worthwhile as a manager before any valid comparisons can be made.
19th and 13th at MK Dons and 16th with us. Not had a top half finish to his name yet.
Cooper hasn't had a season finish outside the playoffs yet and has left us to go to bottom of the league Forest and continued that points per game (increased it in fact) with them too.
Russ has some way to go before he is able to put himself in the same conversation. A top 10 finish this year will be a start. [Post edited 25 Oct 2021 23:06]

Maybe you have done it to seek attention? Can't think of any other reason.
I don't moan every time we lose, I evaluate each game as they come. When we lose and play poorly then that evaluation will likely not be fantastic. This season we haven't won very many so the praise has been thin on the ground.
If you don't want fans to moan about bad performances, then the only remedy is to have good performances.

Anyone using any of my old usernames is blown out of the water yet I read them accusing you of having multi usernames,although Ive not seen the problem with that myself.
They are here to instigate issues that might be contentious and have nothing to do with genuine exchange of views.
It really is tempting me to leave for good but I have a lot of time on my hands and there are still some good posters around many of whom I share DM with and if not for them I d have left long ago and allow the chaps to crawl around at the bottom of the bucket.
