Bees v Hoops match thread 10:58 - Nov 27 with 45500 views | dublinr | Let me start this one. I'm sitting by the sea in Dun Laoghaire in beautiful sunshine - and there's no wind. THAT NEVER HAPPENS. Today is going to be a day of miracles. Things that never happen are happening. We will win on the telly. We will win a London derby. We are going to beat Brentford. Bees 2 Rs 3

Bees v Hoops match thread on 11:09 - Nov 27 with 7121 views | danehoop | Would you be drinking a bit early in the day by any chance? This is QPR after all, and with 2 good results in a week and now seemingly running out of defenders can't help but think we are are not going to get a third good result in the week. Add to that we seem to have fallen into a bit of mess whenever we play the Bees recently I reckon sadly it will be a hard fought 4-2 to them.

Bees v Hoops match thread on 11:35 - Nov 27 with 7037 views | Malintabuk | So Cons Never do a Friday Never do Sky Never ever do Brentford No defenders Never hardly do 3 games unbeaten Pros Hmmmmmm Can't keep losing to Brentford.... surely So the wife is going in the kitchen tonight to catch up with the Crown..... and I will make sure the cat is out of kicking distance Would take a good performance, would love a draw..... and kill the cat for a win 2-0 the bees and the cat is still not out of the woods yet
Bees v Hoops match thread on 11:48 - Nov 27 with 7001 views | BrianMcCarthy | Masterson finished the game so I can see no reason why he wouldn't play tonight. So did Barbet. Dickie would be a huge loss, granted. The most important player for us tonight might be Willock - play him at 11 and we have balance and cover for our left-back, don't and we'll be wide open on that wing. ------------------------Dieng Kane-Dickie/Masterson-Barbet-Niko ----------------Cameron----Ball BOS------------------Chair---------Willock -----------------------Dykes

Bees v Hoops match thread on 12:02 - Nov 27 with 6963 views | londonscottish | Locomotiv Hounslow 1 QPR 3* *or, quite likely, the other way round. In Ranger's favour, the way they were able to outplay the likes of Watford & Bournemouth for long periods. In Bretford's favour, the gradual 2nd half decline against Rotheram. Which, as Clive pointed out on the pod, was a much to do as having a paper thin squad as anything else. TBH, I'd be over the moon with a draw.

I think it's impressive that, of the 18 matches we've lost, 16 have been by just one goal. Good for Sky viewing figures, with the neutral believing that there could be a dramatic finish, but agony for all Rs fans, who know the inevitability of the outcome, but who still can't avoid clinging on to the fanciful possibility that "this time we're going to turn it around"

In light of this I'm going 7-0 to the Bees. All 7 Tonie. 1-0 at half time. Predicted quotes. We started strongly, kept the ball well. Gave away a soft goal first half. Thought we dominated the rest of the half. Second half simply not good enough. Heads dropped. Played into their hands. Didn't get touch tight. Got sloppy. You can't do that at set-pieces. Tried a bit harder after the 7th but it was too late. Thought it was a pen for us late on which may have changed things. A lot of angry voices in the changing rooms after that. Right, that's that out the way for 19 out of 20 losses on Friday night Sky! ... Just spilling my angst in advance.

Looking at it as objectively as possible, they’re a whole three points ahead of us, we’re in decent form and there’s the added unpredictability of the hectic schedules so 8/13 is skinny in an empty stadium. Still expect us to get beat but don’t think laying them is bad value. Will wait for the team news.
Bees v Hoops match thread on 14:32 - Nov 27 with 6456 views | ngbqpr | 25 Jan 1975 Queens Park Rangers v Notts County W 3-0 FA Cup My first ever night game. It was a FRIDAY as 3 x west London teams got home cup draws. I was in the paddock, near the dug outs. Old boy behind me kept shouting to the Notts bench, "you must be 'avin' a nightmare down there Sirrel." That was my 'big takeaway' from the game. Plus Stan was on fire.
