Hard one to call, for me anyways. Not sure what sort of team we have here yet, but ever the optimist, one nil to us.

Wow that was dull. Not as shot on goal in the 2nd half how do these players get paid so much to be so ordinary. Hurry up Ronde Van Vlaanderen and the biathlon season.

Mate, seriously?

You should not support QPR for free flowing accurate passing, clinical finishing, strong defending and inspirational goalkeeping.

If you were looking for those things, you're at the wrong club my friend.

As the Championshite goes, that was an OK game and a good point against one of the faves for promotion...

Well done Luke Amos (hope is a minor twist to the knee), Lee Wallace (Ryan who?), Rob Dickie, Ozzie Kakay and Geoff Cameron who I thought did well. Uncs looks at ease in this team; Willock needs to bulk up, but some nice moves. Back 4 held out well; they had no shots on target.

Good point that.

Can we go out yet?

Pleased with that. Good performance and good point. Excellent opportunity for Warburton to talk about how we would have won if we had been more clinical. What's not to like?

Great point away and good performance.

Hope Amos is ok.

Could have been different bar that shocking miss from Bonne first half.

Smells like a trout farm in here

Very good performance. Great pressing first half but tired a bit in the second. Created the better chances and deserved at least a point.

For me Dickie MOTM but Amos and Kakay not far behind.

Beautiful 0-0 draw, I do love a professional away performance.

Was going to pick out the centre backs who were superb, but couldn't fault anyone out there, everyone put a stint in.

Not sure where the goals will come from but hopefully that'll sort itself out.

That is a very very decent result against one of the real top teams at the moment. Well done lads.

Never knowingly right.

0-0 job done and well well done
If I didn't know which team had just left the Prem and who was skint I would have said we were the former
Defence looked great what a difference from Coventry and I think Dieng must take a little credit but Dickie MOTM for me totally dominant and never allowed a 27M striker have a sniff
Midfield looked good and tight and though perhaps a not a lot of creativity they worked hard and done the job
I like young Bonne up front and for me had a good game
No real negatives but Chair is a worry and I would not play him again Knob End nor BOS uncle Albert looked a much better wide man but I agree BOS took a knock
All in all very pleased and dare we say we are looking a hard team to beat which is always the best way to build

So glad you don't pick the team.

Excellent team performance. Confidence is going to rise and deservedly so. Defended well in second half during a tough spell. Second clean sheet in 5 league matches. And when Adomah, Carroll and Willock came on late in the game we really did turn defending into attack. Love uncle Adomah. He is impressive. A class act. Just one thought as Manning has now left I wonder whether any dissent within the ranks has now evaporated? It surely must not be easy in training when you know a player wants to leave the club. So we played as a complete team against Bournemouth - everyone helping each other and harassing the opposition into losing the ball. Now all we need is for Dykes to recover and return after his strenuous travels with Scotland and with Dickie outstanding in defence (even Wallace looked good) we could have a top 10 team here. Or am I being too ridiculously optimistic?

First game I've watched this season and as far as 0-0 goes I'm very pleased!

Solid defending, good pressing and passing, only thing missing was a goal. We had the better chances.

Bournemouth picked up second half but we game back at them in the final 15mins. Albert looked good and sparked a bit of life into us.

Solid performance today.

Wow! didn't expect that, well done Rangers, looked confident from the start, hope Amos ok (his best game so far), Adomah looks class, we started great and Bright really put the frighteners on the Bournemouth left back.

Embarrassing to watch/listen to Adam Smith doing a little girl scream to get Kakay booked.

Also amusing to hear Andy Sinton, (great commentary) describing Lewis Cook " Bottling tackle with Dom Smith " in second half.

Great stuff!

That was very pleasing in so many ways. We more than matched them in the individual battles and pressed so well.

Wallace looked fitter and was still pressing in the other half and joining in the attack past the 90th min. Kakay just seems to get better. Never shys away from the ball, defends like a proper right back and covers well.

Plenty to build on, especially the clean sheet.

I agree that Kakay seems t have just got better and better since he got into the team. Have to say that the management have done a really good job on developing him.

Never knowingly understood

Agreed with some of what you said but don’t understand the criticism of Chair, not just from you but from a lot of others on here. I think he’s a very good player and brings a lot to the team. And why would you drop BOS. I guess it’s all about opinions.

Really good point.
Excellent first half, but we struggled for much of the second.
And a clean sheet away from home. WTF!

Need to build on this with 2 home games in a week.

That is fair enough
Just think Chair is struggling at the moment and could be in danger of losing his place.
We have to be honest in the 5 games apart from the goal the lad as struggled and it maybe kinder to leave him out and have him on the bench
To be honest BOS had a knock as I said and with the contract thing he may also be better having a rest.
I thought Adomah when he came on was a better option than BOS. He seemed more direct and though it was against a tiring defence I would play him Wednesday

I think Chair has loads of potential and can go on to be a very good ‘10’ but he’s not really shown us anything this season and isn’t providing any sort of outlet away from home, not helped by being out wide. Think there’s definitely a case for playing Adomah and BOS on the wings and then one of Chair/Bonne/Amos depending on how Warburton wants to play.

Two winnable home games. Give the kid a free role.

Usual crap report from the BBC leading with QPR hold Bournemouth to a draw. I thought it was the other way round.

Also says it was our first clean sheet of the season. We achieved that in our first game. Shoddy reporting.

I think Chair is a way off where he should be form wise, and certainly isnt doing enough to start every game. I'd prefer Amos on today's showing, Carroll, or a bit hopefully Willock in the 10 role, and prefer a few others out wide. If he can regain some form think Chair maybe better suited playing further back alongside a more defensive central midfielder, linking.

I think Chair is a great little player but I don't think it helped him that at the start of the season the expectation was that he would step straight into Eze's shoes.

Having signed three actual living strikers of our own, kept BOS for now, and brought in Adomah (not to mention Thomas, who I have high hopes of) we have a lot more options and I don't think it would be surprising if Chair missed some games.

I don't think it would do him harm so long as he is handled properly and not made to feel he was being dropped permanently or punished - it would get him out of the line of snarky fans and maybe people would appreciate his good stuff more when he comes back in or off the bench.

But the main thing is that (touch wood) Dieng and Dickie seem to have improved the defence to the point that we don't expect to concede two goals per game and the strikers are looking promising. BOS and Adomah are pretty much what you'd expect. That's the basis of a decent team.

There's a lot of other players - Chair, LTC, Amos and Wallace all spring to my ind - who haven't been consistently good but all of them have had a good match or two and it's not surprising that with this many changes to the team it'll take time for understandings to develop.

This is the sort of team I like to watch - plays attacking football, maybe flawed, but you can see the potential and watch players develop. I'd actually rather have that than a team of 11 internationals, if I wanted that I'd support some Premier League money-machine club.

Enjoyed the game. Maybe we can start to put a bit more trust in the defence. Thought also Cameron and Ball played well and it shows that we weren’t outclassed by a team that still boasts multi-millions of pounds of talent. Dieng didn’t have one shot to save and as someone said not many will stop Bournemouth from scoring this season but less still will not allow them to have one shot on target. Really pleased with the result.

Whilst both Cameron and Ball offer a physical presence in midfield, their distribution was poor.

Cameron's passing in particular was woeful, so many aimless balls into touch. I don't know why Amos gets so many pelters, but week in week out Cameron continuously punting the ball into touch doesn't get mentioned.

Other than that though, a strong performance, and we looked by far the best team on the pitch, and on another day it could easily have been 2 or 3 to nil.
