It may turn players heads, but turning heads doesn’t do much to alleviate a reduction in wages dropping from the PL will bring the players. He has Jody Morris as assistant manager, I think they will get some Chelsea players to add to a solid top of the Championship squad if Frank can manage they should be up there?
