Went for the money and at 32 don't really blame him.
What he did was help save us from certain relegation and it was a true pleasure to watch him in action for a little club such as ours. No one should begrudge him this move.
Sods law will have him score against us at Wembley after coming off the bench though.
Did he jump or was he pushed? Either way he was one of the best strikers we've had. As a current headline says: 'It isn't easy to get strikers like Llorente'. And for a cut price.
One of the best headers of a football ever to don our shirt, it was a pleasure watching him play.
I think this is a mistake on our part. A brilliant header of a football, he certainly seemed to enjoy playing for us and he'll be a massive loss. I'm not excited at all about Bony returning. It's a backward step IMHO. And for a new gain of £3 million. I'd much rather him have gone to Chelsea rather than those horrible barstewards.

See, this is where we're lacking in the commercial dept. With Llorente and Fernandez as a centre back pairing, we could corner the market within the gay community and sell a ton load of shirts at Mardi Gras festivals.

Are you saying Mawson is ugly????

I enjoy reading some of your football posts but I genuinely don't understand the issues you have regarding Llorente, even calling him a donkey on one occasion. He is a player of huge talent who has the unique ability to be in the correct position to score the goals he does. A top 4 side has recognised that talent and have snapped him up at a bargain price.
No, I thought Bob was unfairly treated, singled out cos he was American and was tasked with making us more attractive to watch, and with the players we went into last season with, this was an impossible one.
I tried to stick up for the little guy.

Amazed at Res calling him a donkey. One of the highest profile players we've ever had who saved us last year. I'm flabbergasted

As his performances against Liverpool, Burnley and Palace showed, he was capable of scoring absolutely sublime goals, but as his performance against Watford demonstrated, when the mood took him he was also capable of playing like a donkey.

The top 2 sides in the PL last season wanted to sign him but a poster on PS think he's crap
You decide who is the best judge of a player ..,...
