Surprised Jones and Dyson have been let go. Both looked very capable when I've seen them in the past.
Maybe some of the anti-academy posters here are right when they say the local lads are being forced out for foreigners on bigger wages (Scotland is foreign in this case). |

It is a deliberate policy to go for lazy quick fixes, rather than get great coaches to produce top local players.

Two good guys who have done well when called upon always being ready and good professionals. Tremmels performances in our League Cup win 4 years ago were sensational especially over the two legs of the semi final v Chelsea when some bookies were offering 66/1 odds that he wouldn't keep two clean sheets. I've met Tremmel at various golf days and he regularly played golf with Garry Monk before Garry became our Manager. God they were like twins fair play.😄 |
