He's gonna get be getting a world of sh*t off the Gasheads over this one.
I actually think Holloway has set his stall out for a target man and Conor Washington combo to attack with. Perhaps he see's Smith as a better option for the role and that taking a another League 1 player as a goalscorer may be a bit of a risk.

Me too. No way would they sell their leading scorer to their deadly rivals for that much even if his contract was running down (which is a possibility as he'll have been there three years in the summer). |  |
