1/ Who the f**k would you sell it to?
Not many rugby clubs or football clubs around Cardiff would get much more of a crowd than Crapduff. Maybe Drizzle City or Rovers would relocate.

2/ Tan is going to have to beat Lanston in Court before you can sell it.
He's been paying the bill for a few years to Langston so has admitted the debt is true (as far as the Court is concerned.)
You may be getting the bailiffs in to repo the stadium should you lose in Court. Scam Theman won't care to sh1ts, he's got his investment back.
Tan hasn't put that much of his own wedge in, most of what your club owes is interest of 7% to the lovely Uncle Vinny.
You lot reneged on your deal with the council (20 acres of land ring a bell?) when HMRC came a knocking (2009 ish?)

Sam may decide to kick you lot out of the stadium and there is nothing anyone can do for a while, until the council were then to take Langston to Court- they own the freehold. They only leased you the land, with some pretty heavy use regs on it, which makes your stadium worthless.
Unless you were to dismantle it and go and put the stadium/ club somewhere else.
Scam has form for that as well!
Langston own the stadium until the last payment owed to them is completed, so you'd still need their permission to do that.
I don't think there are many who want our Eastern cousins to shoot through

I know you'll bring up our past Poopydoo.
And I'd feel sorry for the people I know who support Crapduff, as well as tidy posters like Reddy/ Bluey if you shower did go through. I would repay the bucket favour in an instant.

But because of absolute tw@s like you, Anus, Fat Gwyn etc I'll be laughing my titties off if it did happen

What a load of tripe you have written there bud, that's an hour gone in your life you won't get back, and even calling us t@ats to boot . Son don't get stressed over something that don't concern you and I know you said don't bring up the past but it's history that your club can never forget, neither should you either.

So then.
I'm not stressed.

Did Langston/ (Scam?) issue the loan notes to help cover the stadium build or not?

Yes or no will do. We'll use the keep it simple formula to allow you to try and formulate an answer.
If you surmise the answer to be no, exactly what were the loan notes used to cover?
£24 million is a lot for a fourth rate team

If you wake up breathing, thats a good start to your day and you'll make many thousands of people envious.

Well it is worrying that this "sleeping " or by now comatose giant is in this state seeing as how Mr Hamman was telling the rest of South Wales this was the only club to support.Given its catchment area from Neath and up all the valleys along the M4 (still cannot get my head around Neath and Port Talbot peeps supporting this lot up the road) how crowds are so low . Shows in reality the true lack of genuine support.
It's worrying as for me the future of football clubs is in danger of a great club like Cardiff cannot find the support.

It's all a game. Sam's man is spouting his side and Emperor Tan is keeping quiet.

If Tan loses he can't afford to let them go into administration. One of them is probably bluffing, We'll see if it actually gets to court, because if it does one of them will be exposed.!

Tan would be better off if they go into administration, they are haemorrhaging monies and will not survive anyhow.Without premiership football they are fecked.

Excuse my lack of finance law knowledge, but doesn't the largest creditor get paid first, and then if anything left the next one and so on?

If that is the case then Tan could opt for admin to make sure he gets his cash but there is nothing left for Langston. A sort of screw you to them

No cos the administrators has a duty to do the best deal for all creditors and its likely that tan would only get so much in a pound for everything he's Spunked into that stinking gaping vagina of a club

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

To be fair we've been saying they'll go bust for as long as I can remember now. One day they will eventually have to front up their financial mismanagement but they just wont go into admin over this.

Tan is playing hardball with Langston for what appears to be his own personal gratification. He doesn't trust or like Scam, and wants to know all the juicy details behind the Langston arrangement. His aim is to vindicate himself by proving Sam was Langston all along or at least he was heavily involved with them. If that does turn out to be proved then there will be several head slappers looking very embarrassed.

Either that or he's got a legal ace in the hole and he isn't paying up. Only time will tell.

Either Langston get their money as owed immediately or they arrange another payment plan, or Tan wins and Langston go quietly into the night

No chance of the Administrator being called in to sort this one out.

Broadly, it's always more complex but:

Administartor gets paid first
The Preferential and secured (depending on charge type)
Then Non Preferential and unsecured

As Acejack says though, there is no chance whatsoever of this ending in administration. It's a pride based arm wrestle between two massively egotistical greedy c***s, carried out over the festering remains of a massively deluded egotistical c**nt of a football club.

Wouldn't Tan get less of his money back if they went into Admin though? Surely if he needs to asset strip he'd be better off doing it before an Administrator came in to carve up for the other creditors.

Bolton will go pop before Cardiff. It would be interesting to see how their situation pans out. It will make for a cautionary tale for all football clubs, including ours.

Personal gratification? Eh, ok, shoot me down ( I'm sure people with more knowledge of things ) but I had a bizarre thought whilst driving home.

What if Tan was 99% certain Hammam was Langston or for all intents and purposes controlling the Langston entity. No smoking gun in documents but was fairly sure it would be established in court.

Given Sam's continuous insistence he wasn't Langston and didn't know who was, if it's proven that was a lie would that even invalidate the agreement with the club due to it having been negotiated under false pretences? And if so, would that give Tan scope to then sue Sam/Langston for the return of monies already paid?

Answer is no as far as I'm aware.

The club was in massive debt to Citibank, who wanted the money to be repaid. Langston then took over that debt by paying Citibank off. The deal was re-negotiated several times, I seem to recall but the initial Langston "deal" was unrelated to the stadium build.

I could only speculate as much as you could although I'm sure the question would be asked. Am I right in thinking that some have said that Tan has spent as much as one million pounds on legal fees investigating whether this agreement was watertight?

You are right in thinking some have said that - Anus being the one claiming that.

Given the accounts don't have a line reading "money spent investigating that bushy eyebrowed bastard", nobody knows if that is true or not.

Even so, if my bizarre thought was correct, it would hinge upon it being proven Hammam was/has control of Langston. If the structure was pretty well hidden, that would be difficult to establish alone. Forcing things to go to court however, could shine more light.

I had a quick read of Anus site for the first time in ages earlier so thats basically where I read it. I did take it with a fistful of salt but it was a bizarre thing to read. I love the way cArl and Anus can't bring themselves to scorn Sam, not even a little bit.

Isn't that why Tan stopped paying in the first place? He wants the info I presume.
