Speculation, but id imagine we would still be playing passing football with Siggy and wingers feeding off him. We may not have got the results we did against Man United and Chelsea playing that way, but I'd imagine we would have fared better against the lower teams.
Bringing him back now wouldn't necessarily get us back to that position, but if he hadn't gone in the first place, I doubt we would have drifted so far away from our footballing ethos. | | | |
