I was on Don Poli to win and had Parlour games each way.
Sat out the next race and now have Sire De Grugy and Arabian Revolution to come both each way. All number of doubles that I don't really understand and an each way accumulator again i don't understand but imagine won't pay that much! | |

That was a sh*thouse race for a Champion Chase.
Somersby finishing second is a joke. He's a grade 2 horse at best and has been for years. Neither Sprinter Sacre or Sire de Grugy clearly fit. Both Henderson and Moore should hang their heads for the sh*t they've spouted this last month.

the champion chase wasn't a great renewal although i was pleased that Special Tiara got a place. love tyhe way that thing attacks the fences with the jockey pretty much hanging on for dear life. Henderson should be hung, drawn and quartered for running SS when it's obviously still got problems and should be retired.
glad i was there yesterday as it meant i could stay at home and do things properly. unfortunately was all a bit last minute as i was studying and playing as the day panned out so couldn't post at a time suitable.
had the 2 davey russel horses, although extrememly grateful to the Frenchie in the CC for taking out Ms Carberry just as she was getting Quantitve into contention. second was alast minute bet as they lined up, so 16/1 was very pleasant.
also had the winner in the Fred Winter; only downside was backing it a couple of days ago without BOG, so only got 16s instead of the 25/1 SP.

Sounds like you had a cracking day, mate. I was absolutely kicking myself not for getting Special Tiara at ew. So much value and, like you, agree about it's approach.
Anyway, I'm in the red, but just about recoverable. As I've said from the off, Conti wins the GC and I'm very happy. He loses and I'm in a lot of trouble.
