Last 6 games vs. next 6 games 15:43 - Jan 19 with 1225 viewsSwanfan1

Last 6 games only 1 point
Everton, Chelsea, Aston Villa, Man City, Man Utd, and Tottenham.

next 6 games (we get most of our players back from injuries)
Fulham, West Ham, Cardiff, Stoke, Liverpool, Palace.

(We should beat most of this lot, if we dont we deserve to go down.)

not going to hit the panic button yet.

Exactly - and with players returning.
REALISTICALLY - I would take 8 points, expect 10 and would like 15

We are not gonna go down. But it's gonna be painful. Mainly because the support at home is worse than it is away. We are gonna hear moans and groans from fans, journalists and commentators non stop.

the only downside I see, is that even if all our players are back, we need a quality winger, and a stronger defensive midfielder to close the holes that appear when we attack.

Pablo Hernandez and Pozuelo are going to look like world beaters when playing against the lot we going up against in our next 4-5 matches.

And another goal scorer - Bony has come good but can't do it all on his own.

thats another positive, now Bony is on form, and if he plays like he did today, against the lot coming up, he be scoring for fun.

This lot coming up especially at home are going to park the bus. Going to be very difficult to break down and we struggle against that type of play.

Hope you are right but I on't buy into this 'easier' game thought process.

Thats the other headache coming up, when we will be passing ourselves to sleep in front of the penalty box.

Thats why I think we need a new winger that can dribble with both feet and do some creativity.

No games are easy in the PL but I think it's fair to say that Fulham, Cardiff, Stoke, West Ham and Crystal Palace will be 'easier' to get points off than Spurs today for example. Especially if the team is back to full strength.

problem is, we've already failed to beat Stoke at home, Cardiff away, west ham at home, so im not particulary confident.

if we defend the way we have been defending this season, we wont beat anyone no matter how well bony is doing up the other end

And Hull at home thing is it`s imbedded in a lot of these posters minds that we will beat the likes of Fulham and Palace at home, at least if we manage to get a point against Fulham it will be an improvement on the 3-0 DEFEAT when we last played them at home.
